During my search for my inner motives and especially my research of who I am, what I stand for and why I do the things as I do them, I have come to the discovery “what” I think is important:

The “How” reveals itself in a number of methods that suit me best; these are my passions. (Music, cooking, people and connecting people)
These passions support me and help you to start moving. They can be used individually or in combination. If a “block” is missing, I will fill this in – or refer to – other passionate people.
